In 2023, I received a work scholarship from the Kulturreferat München in the field of cultural education. The focus of my research was on how dance and theatre can serve as participatory spaces for children, teenagers, and young adults to process their emotions and empower their personal and professional development.
My goal was to encourage self-expression through autobiographical movement and storytelling. Rooted in inclusion and cultural accessibility, the project aims to foster emotional resilience, imagination, and self-confidence through creative freedom, particularly for those with limited access to culture.
The scholarship allowed me to deepen my pedagogical practice, explore methods like the Tschechow technique, and design experimental formats that promote not only individual empowerment but also collective connection—using art as a tool to bridge social divides and inspire transformation.
